Today Bretton Woods played at Fokus Contact Conference, and guess who was also invited – Erik Solheim, the Norwegian Minister of the Environment and International Development. Last year we played at three different gigs where Solheim was invited as well, but he always left before we arrived and we never got to play him Zero Point Nine.

Today, however, we were closer than ever before. According to his schedule, he spoke until 09.15 AM – we were backstage gazing at Erlends new banjo – but when we arrived on stage at 09.40 AM, Solheim was long gone. He’s definitely avoiding us.
So far it is Erik Solheim: 4 Bretton Woods: 0. But one day, we’ll sing for you, Solheim, we won’t give up.
